                                                               Charlie Davis III


Marketing Director

Retired Army, Major Charlie Davis III has joined for  South Texas Alternative Choice (STAC) as Director of Marketing. Charlie is a native of  Willingboro, New Jersey.  He graduated  from Winston-Salem State University, North Carolina, with a degree in Sports  Management.  He received his commission  through the Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC), at Winston-Salem State in  1988.  During his military career,  Charlie completed training at the Army Medical Department Officers Basic and  Advanced Courses, Combine Arms and Service Staff School, Patient Administration  (PAD) Course and Airborne School.

In 1994 Major Davis was the Commander of the Medical  Detachment at Fort Greely, Alaska.  After  his Command, he was selected to become the Health Care Recruiting Team Leader  for the Northeastern Region located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Major Davis subsequently served as a Marketing Officer  for the Army Medical Department at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.  Charlie enhances STAC’s marketing and recruiting capabilities.

Nichelle Walton
 

   Registered Dietetic Technician 

Nichelle Walton a Registered Dietetic Technician with over 18 years of experience.  Her most recent work experience is as a Contract Dietetic Technician/Nutrition Therapist with Byrne Consultants, Inc. and Texas Total Health Inc.  Nichelle performs nutrition assessments; educates clients and staff on basic nutrition and special diets for various facilities such as: Austin Lakes Hospital, Clarity Child Guidance Center and Hill Country San Antonio Management.  Nichelle works directly with children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral and mental health needs.  She help clients with specialized diet needs, as well as meet personal health goals such as weight management, menu planning, and food budgeting as clients prepare to return home.  Nichelle strongly encourages independence, self-confidence, and self-responsibility as applicable.  Overall, respect for the client is most important.
