Juneteenth Event: “African-Americans and Alzheimer’s Disease: Expert Panel”, was held at the Carver Cultural Center (Little Carver, 226 N Hackberry, San Antonio, TX 78202) on Saturday, June 13, 2015 from 4:30-6:30pm.
Hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association, this event will feature respected Community physicians, clergy, legal representative and caregivers as expert panelists. They will answer questions about risk factors; caregiver support; how to help a loved-one with Alzheimer’s disease and what community resources are available.
